Constellation Energy plans to restart the Unit 1 reactor at Three Mile Island by 2028 and will sell the power to Microsoft in a 20-year agreement to support its data centers. The plant, separate from the reactor involved in the 1979 accident, will be renamed the Crane Clean Energy Center. (CNBC)
